The World Is My Oyster Necklace

This necklace was ordered by the cuz-in-law who had requested for a pearly necklace in these colours. She found the initial colours a wee bit dark, hence I mixed in some cream coloured pearls to lighten the overall colour tone of the necklace and spaced out the pearls a bit.

I think this is the look you are after, right dearie?

Kaleidoscope Earrings

I came across these really pretty glass beads and could not resist purchasing them. These beads are actually fairly tiny and they come in a wide variety of colours such as light green, yellow, light red, violet and indigo. There was even a lovely warm topaz coloured one but alas, they only had just that one and had no more stock. The texture is also fairly interesting, as the sides are faceted. Some of them are actually not even toned in colour and are speckled with colours and hence catch the light differently.

I simply love how there's such a wide variety of beads out there! Wore this pair to work today :)

Mon Cherry Earrings

These large hoop-ed dangling earrings were specially made for the cuz-in-law for a friend's bday. The bday girl has a soft spot for large hoopy earrings so here's my spin on the usual single hoop danglers.

A dash of Cherry Quartz, Rose Quartz (I really love the faceted teardrop) and Swarovski crystals in girly pink shades to infuse femininity into this pair. The birthday girl likes them! Enjoy them my dear and have a very Happy Birthday! :)

New Beginning Charm Bracelet

One of my dear gal pals at work is heading off to greener pastures. She had ordered this customised charm bracelet from me a couple of weeks ago and I just managed to finish it this weekend. Due to the timing of her move, she's christened this bracelet as the New Beginning Charm Bracelet. All the charms used were selected by her (although she had no idea exactly what they looked liked cos I merely just gave her the list of charms I had!) and they all represent a part of her likes and preferences, in particular the dog charm (this one I had to specially look for as I did not have one). The pearls were my own doing, since I know she likes chunky bracelets so decided on a dual one for her:)

All the best my dear, will miss you but we will definitely do lunch often! Enjoy the bracelet! Included a close up of the doggie charm especially for you... hehe

Ingredients: Cute doggie charm, butterfly charm, crown charm, rocking horse charm, dancing ballerina charm and eiffle tower charm accompanied by beautiful glass beads on 14k plated gold chains finished off with an adorable heart & arrow toggle clasp

Rose Buds Earrings - Order

Ms K was admiring my Rose Buds Earrings the other day when we were lunching and really liked them. Hence, when I managed to chance upon these really lovely, well shaped and good quality Rose Quartz teardrops at the bead shop, I asked her if she was keen and wanted me to recreate the chandelier earrings for her and she was. These semi precious teardrops were of a slightly darker pink (you can hardly tell since they still look pale frosty pink) and had beautiful faceted surfaces and shapes.

Enjoy them babe! :)

Cherry Belle Charm Bracelet

Been down with a bug the past couple of days. My mantra for the last few days has been "silence is golden" cos I pretty much lost my voice.

Anyways, am on the road to recovery already. So time to get back on track with my trinkets! Been a bit behind.... hehe

My girlie friend ms K had asked me quite a while ago to make her another charm bracelet. She liked the heart clasp, shell and made with love charms, and of cos the colour pink! I was toying with the idea of doing a dual strand one for her, but somehow the outcome didn't quite satisfy me. I felt it ended up too chunky for her delicate frame. So there it is, a combination of oval Cherry Quartz and fun charms.

Here's a sneak peek at the second strand which i removed, comprising of lovely Cherry Quartz and pale pink Czech glass beads. I guess it would look nice on its own as well!

P.S. I just realised that my last few creations have had the colour pink! I guess its a pretty popular colour.... haha

Pink Melody Lariat

This pink themed crystal lariat necklace was commissioned by a dear girlie friend for her sister's upcoming bday. Pink was the requested colour by the birthday girl, and I hope she likes the combination I've put together here!

A combination of various pink shades and clear Swarovski crystal on a 14k plated gold chain anchored by two lovely teardrop crystals.
